A lovely post. I'm glad that he is happy at preschool, it makes it so much easier for you. I love the poem at the end.


My son starts preschool for the first time in two weeks and I've got to get that book from the library. Thanks for sharing.

Oh Linn, Jake looks absolutely precious in the top photo. It is really strange to say goodbye to the children on the doorstep of preschool. My daughter didn't even glance back at me although my heart felt very sad. Keiran is more of a mama's boy and wanted a longish hug before going inside. It is such a special day when they start school even if the house is too quiet and the time away from them is too long.
